In this box, you have everything you need, including a linen ceiling fan shade that is 15 inches by 15 inches by 8 inches to cover your light fixture or an ugly bottom bowl fixture. Most in-stock items ship from our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and will be delivered via USPS. DAMAGES & RETURNS
Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Even if you do not intend to install or assemble your items immediately, they should still be opened and inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement and pick-up the damaged / defective item. Return Form

We want to you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fan-tastic Shade Clips! However, if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item, or you received an item that is damaged or defective, please select one of the return options so we can process your return or replacement order as quickly as possible.

RETURNS
Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Returned within 30 days of receipt
Packed in original packaging with all parts and components
In new condition with no damage
Lamp shades and Fan Shades must be wrapped in their original wrapping
Special Ordered Items are NON-RETURNABLE

Any items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee Credits will be issued using your original payment method, please allow up to 30 days for return and refund.

1) Contact Customer Care: You can contact our Customer Care team at (855) Fan-Clips or at Customercare@fantasticshadeclips.com purchase a USPS return label to use when you drop off your package at your local USPS shipping location. This service is only available for Continental U.S. shipments. If you would like USPS to pick up at your front door there is an additional fee of $9 per box. Please be prepared to provide your order number when you contact Customer Care by phone and include it in all emails.

2) Shipper of Your Choice: You can return your item to us, pre-paid and insured for your protection via the shipper of your choice. The warning listed on our website is in accordance with a law implemented by the state of California called Proposition-65.
